Orders leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days from purchase if in stock. You will be emailed tracking information once your order ships. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses and LEM Helmets strongly advises against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. Therefore, we regret to inform, that LEM Helmets cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive at the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these. Estimated shipping times are listed in business days. LEM Helmets cannot guarantee to meet shipping dates once the purchase has left our warehouse.
Please understand our warehouse requires time to process your order for shipping. Once processed, shipping time begins from the date of shipping company pickup, i.e. orders placed with 2nd-day service will still require 1 to 2 business days processing time in addition to the shipping time indicated by the expedited service tier.
Orders sent Outside the EU
Local VAT is applied to all destinations in the European Union. If ordering outside UE, VAT is removed at the checkout and shipping is done by DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): The recipient is responsible for all import fees, custom taxes and local taxes imposed by the country where shipment is made. The payment of these taxes is required in order to relieve the order from custom charges. We cannot predict what the amount to pay for taxes and customs will be, therefore we ask that you check with your local authorities before making an order. Your shipping costs are already included in the total of your final order. In any case, the courier can present you with a separate invoice for the local taxes that need to be paid.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new unused condition, with all original packaging and all tags and labels included.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided and send your return to the address in the Netherlands indicated on the RMA. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
After receiving your return, we will process your return or exchange promptly. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
